2022 - WHAT A YEAR

DECEMBER 2022 - Christmas Exam Session
Another term finishes with another great exam session.  50 of our students took their exams in ballet, tap and modern in front of Mrs Plummer the external examiner.  All the students worked so hard in the run up to the exam, taking an extra exam class in their examination subject all term.  We cant wait to see the results when we receive them at the the end of January 2023.

DECEMBER 2022 - Croydon Panto
Back in September 8 of students auditioned for the babes role in UK Productions professional pantomime 'Peter Pan - The Return of Captain Hook' at Croydon's Fairfield Halls, we are currently in daily rehearsals, yes not at school, but its all education and having a fab time.  Our opening show is December 10th, running until New Years Eve.  We hope lots of our students, friends and families come and support our students in this wonderful opportunity.

NOVEMBER 2022 - London Children Ballet Finals
A number of our students went along from September to audition for the 2023 production of 'Snow White' with the Londons Children Ballet.  After a couple of recalls, we were delighted to hear Eliana Stewart was offered a place in the production at final recalls.  We cant wait to go and see it, we will let eveyrone know details nearer the time.


NOVEMBER 2022 - South East Tap Awards
After a fabulous day at the classical awards, 4 of our students returned to compete in the Tap awards.  We are absolutely delighted to announce Eliana Stewart won the Grade 3/4 Tap section and Sanai Morris-Ogumah was given the Endeavour Award within the same section. Congratulations girls and outstanding performance.


OCTOBER 2022 - Beckenham & Orpington Dance Festivals  
Massive congrats to everyone that competed at the recent dance festivals.  You all did a wonderful job,  first time out for a lot of you, with brand new dances and group numbers.  We certainly held our own this year, so many medals and trophies won across the two festival's. We cant wait to compete in 2023, starting with Tunbridge Wells Festival in February!

SEPTEMBER 2022 - IDTA Classical Awards 
12 of our classical ballet students who had gained a mark of 85 or above in their recent Ballet examination were Abel to enter into the IDTA South East Classical awards.  It was a wonderful day for our students, who were taught by members of the Royal Ballet.  Congratulations to Amber Koduah-Hutchison who was awarded the Endeavour Award in the Class A section (Grades 2 & 3 Ballet).

JULY 2022 - SUMMER SCHOOLS
From the 8th - 12th August students and new faces joined us in a week long summer camp of dance, singing and performing.  We had a fabulous fun-filled week that ended with our students showcasing what they had learned to friends and family.  We cant wait for next years Summer School from the 7th - 11th August 2023


JULY 2022 - SUMMER EXAMS
Congratulations to all who took their Ballet, Tap and Modern exams. This was a fabulous 2 day exam session with two examiners. we cant wait to see the marks  hard work and dedication all term will pay off. 

JUNE 2022 - CHICAGO WORKSHOP
Matt Wesley, head choreographer in the Uk Tour of Chicago after playing the swing in the West End for a number of years delighted our students with a 'Hot Honey Rag' workshop followed by a Junior and Inter technical Jazz workshop.  This was a fabulous afternoon for our students to be taught by a West End star and we cant wait to invite Matt back!

MAY 2022 - SOUTH EAST REGIONALS
Proud is beyond words that we are feeling right now, but I am delighted to in form you all that these little U10's have done it again, we gained a qualifying mark and we are now off the finals in July. We are proud to boast we are ALL ENGLAND FINALISTS 2022!!


FEBRUARY 2022 - RICHMOND FESTIVALS OF DANCE
I am absolutely delighted to annoucned that our fanatsic U10 comeptition squad has qualified to go to the South East All England Regional Finals. We have dreamt of this since 2019, then Covid happened and we have finally made it and I am beyond proud of these small but mighty team of 10yr olds and younger.  


CHRISTMAS SHOW 2021 - A DAY AT THE MUSICALS
What a performance from our end of year show at The Micheal Croft.  The standard of our students was incredible and a real show stopping performance was created by all our talented to students.  I cant wait to show off the photos once I receive them all. Congratulations to those that participated.
